city center comfortable bed helpful staff excellent shower
The hotel is very close to the city center and tivoli gardens, it's just a short walk. Bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are nearby! the bed was quite comfortable. I found the shower to be excellent. the staff was ready to help with all my questions.
The room lacked a kettle. This meant no in-room tea or coffee.

The room included basic amenities. It also featured a tv for streaming services, the room was very clean and modern! storage space was a bit limited, it could benefit from a proper closet instead of just a rack.

mixed experience due to noise and bathroom privacy

the hotel had a very good location for seeing the city
the room lacked privacy because there was no actual door for the bathroom and i could easily see into the toilet area from the bed furthermore church bells rang every fifteen minutes this made it hard to relax in the room

The hotel location was AMAZING. Close to many attractions. The room was clean with NICE decorations. Breakfast had good options, including pastries and fresh fruit. I found the staff helpful when I needed directions.
The lift was quite small, it was a squeeze with luggage.

Breakfast included a selection of pastries, cheeses, and cold cuts. The dining area was well kept. The coffee machine dispensed various hot beverages and was available throughout the morning. Plenty of seating existed, promoting a relaxed dining experience.

small room missing facilities
the location was acceptable , near many attractions.
the room was smaller than expected , it lacked space for luggage. there was only one chair , it was not enough for two guests. i also noticed the absence of tea or coffee making facilities in the room , i found this inconvenient.

central location excellent breakfast
The location provided easy access to attractions. The hotel bar featured a nice atmosphere and offered a good selection of drinks. The staff were helpful when I needed a room change. Breakfast was excellent and provided sufficient energy for most of the day.

the room was modern. i found the bed and pillows comfortable. i appreciated having many plugs. the shower was nice, it was hot and powerful.
the church bells nearby rang every 15 minutes. this continued until midnight.
